key task:

1. -Management of agreements between relevant stakeholders with VCTC-AW for the development of schematics and electric database. - Contract and budget management for wiring harness system. - System and workflow coordination. 
2. Development resource management for schematics activities and IT tools (Rulechecker, EBCable, VMDS, etc.) - External and internal team management. - IT tool development and requirement management.
3.   Management and coordination of change management for schematics and electric database. - Creation and assignation of change requests. - Approval of change requests. 
4. Coordination and documentation with suppliers and project status in schematics. - Regular meeting and communication management
5. Tool management for wiring harness development (support role for IT division) - BIA (Business Impact Analysis) and progress tracking of IT - IT security Risk tracking of IT
6. Risk and business assessment of new technology for wiring harness : - 48V architecture (only as support role for main stake holder developers) - Cost reduction topics (only as support role for main wiring harness developers)
7. Wiring harness project release (P, B, and/or K release
8. Regular quality schematic review : - Quality control of schematic rules - Quality control of project overview
9. Database management for wiring harness electric data input, processing and output : - Librarian : checking and saving data - IT tool development and improvement.

Qualification:

1. • Engineering Bachelor/Master degree in Automotive or Electrical Engineering communications computing or similar
2. • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a comparable position desired • Familiar automotive electric or electronic technology • Familiar project management in automotive environment
3. • Problem solving ability • Presentation of abstract and detailed facts in a simplified and comprehensible manner • Good teamwork ability • Experience with team leading • Good communication presentation and coordination skills • Work experience in Volkswagen is required • Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory
