Brief description of the position:
The core mission of this position is to be responsible for making standards for CA logistics suppliers and promoting them to get a good output, mainly as follows:
- Make operation standards and optimize that continuously for CA logistics suppliers
- Design, optimize and supervise the KPI for CA logistics suppliers
- Operation information and data collection
- Deal with the CA logistics problems with parts suppliers, Quality department or Manufacturing department
- Control logistics parts loss in CA
- Security management in CA logistics area and suppliers
- Ramp up management of car project.
Key Tasks:
Make operation standards and train CA logistics suppliers
Optimize operation standards for CA logistics suppliers
Supervise the shopfloor management of LSP in CA,
Make solutions for logistics parts loss with LSP to reduce the loss
Define security management process for CA logistics suppliers and supervise the implementation
Facilitating the solution of logistics problems for parts suppliers
Collect data of CA logistics operation
Qualification and skills:
Bachelor Degree or above in engineering, logistics, natural or computer sciences or equivalent.
Flexible, mobile, engaged with high analytical skills.
Good at communicating with people, strong interpersonal skills and have organization skills.
Structured work, process thinking, and poise character are necessary.
Good language skills in English. If can speak German, it will be preferred.
