Brief description of the position:

Responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training to production like workplace optimization,Production systems with focus on lean-principles, safety to meet competency needs driven by NEV and BEV strategies. Conduct like  electrical HV training,  basic and advanced technical  courses in automotive technical field as well workplace training to enhance technical skills to the production.

 

Key Tasks:

Deliver practical and theoretical training on high voltage electrical systems like EffFT, EFK, AuS, safety, and principles within production.  

Facilitate fundamental and advanced skills training tailored to technical and production needs. Build Pro room trainings like tailored formats to the production side  

Develop, improve, and align curricula for product troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and high voltage standards.  

Identify new training requirements, design courses, and adapt content to meet evolving NEV and BEV competency needs.  

Support learning stations, training modules, and promote technical trainings development.   

Conduct training like on PLC, KUKA, ABB, Siemens TIA, S7, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and workplace skills to enhance technical understanding.  

Analyze future training topics, qualification demands, and industry standards for continuous improvement.  

Design training schedules, curricula, and training areas focused on high voltage strategies and safety standards.  

Assist in designing vocational curricula collaboratively with educational partners.  

 

Qualification and skills:

College degree or above 

 5 years experience in assembly production or scope related work

• Deep understanding of high voltage systems and safety standards  
• Strong PLC, KUKA, Siemens TIA, S7 programming and troubleshooting skills  
• Hands-on experience in technical training and problem-solving  
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities  
• Familiarity with vocational curriculum development  
• Good Microsoft Office skills  
• Chinese native speaker
