Brief description of the position:

Ensuring coordination and tracking of the events related to product safety, conformity and reliability of the vehicles and products which have already been brought onto the market. Ensuring timely reply to authority inquiries related to product safety, conformity and reliability. Ensuring the timely provision of required information by the authorities.

Key Tasks:

Receiving and analyze of authorities’ inquiries related to vehicles and products which have already been brought onto the market.  Ensure the internal understanding of the inquiry.

Set up and leading work group to complete information required to answer the authorities’ inquiries. 

Tracking and reporting to management about the progress and status of the ongoing and new events.

Steering of the product safety, conformity and reliability related technical events related to vehicles and products which have already been brought onto the market.

Prepare, align and coordinate  the answer to authorities inquires and investigations.

Evaluation of the documentation consistency and completeness provided by the technical departments.

Regular information filling  to the authorities according to the regulation. Communication and clarification regarding  the regulations if necessary.

Analyses relevant authorities regulation and deriving the processes and measures to fulfilled those requirements.

Ensure and collect the information  to fulfill the authority reporting requirement. 

Timely submit the reports as requested by the authorities.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other higher technical education:                                                                      Preferably in Mechanical and / or Electrical / whole vehicle.

Minimum 4 years in the Automobile Industry in the areas of: Production, Development, Quality Assurance, After Sales, Project Management, Field Complain Analyses.
Experience as Product Safety Represent
