Ensure Build Status Documentation (Bauzustandsdokumentation or BZD) is in place for all VW Anhui produced vehicles
BZD measures definition and measures enforcement to fulfill BZD target
Evaluation, reporting and control of BZD effectiveness 

Key Tasks:

1. Responsible to align with all relevant business units and steering BZD TLD update process
2. Setup local process standard to ensure BZD VW Group requirements are fulfill 
3. Definition of BZD requirements and steering the implementation into relevant systems such as FIS, KVS, BG-online, etc.
4. Ensure that all electronic BZD & mechanical BZD are covered in time and in alignment with affected business units 
5. Setup of Measurements in case of deviations in the BZD and escalation if necessary
6. Serves as quality primary contact with BZD office (Wolfsburg VW Headquarters) and R&D in (VCTC) to take over any quality related BZD topic
7. Responsible to steer any required clarification and measure to reach the expected BZD maturity according ProMeq report

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Engineering bachelors degree, business management or related higher technical education
• In automobile company or any related company
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Knowledge of Processes of the Automobile Industry
• Knowledge of legal part's traceability processes is a plus
• Knowledge of VW Group Systems (FISeQS, SAP, BGONLINE, KVS) is a big plus
• Communication and presentation skills
• High degree of responsibility
