Brief description of the position:
保障白车身前后盖生产线规划的合理性及整车质量达标，确保负责区域顺利投产。
Key Tasks:
Responsible for integration of the body shop on the new models and new model production line planning. 负责新车型的生产线规划，车型导入。
Control the time schedule and avoid the delay of the project. 保证项目时间节点，避免节点延期。
Analyze and solve the quality problems in Pre-serial period. 分析解决预批量生产阶段质量问题点。
Control the budget and implement financial analysis for different concepts. 控制预算，并对不同的方案进行经济性分析。
Create the technical requirements and standards, support the bidding process. 起草发包标准和标书，为发包做好技术准备。
Responsible for asset management and operation of car plant 负责资产管理及工厂运营
Qualification and skills:
Bachelor's degree and above 本科及以上学历
Languages: excellent English in oral and written. 外语能力：英语都能满足工作需求。
Familiar at the production process of Car plant 熟悉汽车厂的生产工艺
Good communication and team work. 良好的沟通和团队协作能力
