This position coordinates the activities in CFT Water Analysis, ensuring the full scale of analysis and know-how competence. This position performs functional testing and analysis on finished vehicles. By analyzing water failures cases and collaborating in the development of corrective actions, this position contributes to the prevention of customer claims.

Key Tasks:

1. Define yearly goals for CFT Water 2 team, review and steering the target achievement
2. Suggest the investment needed for CFT water analysis and testing, achieve synergies within Vehicle Analysis Center
3. Plan and execute the occupation of CFT Water 2 for Vehicle Analysis Center to prevent and solve problems
4. Start escalation process in time if CFT water problems and requirements are not fulfilled
5. Validate CFT Water 2 functional requirements during project and pre-serial phase
6. Implement the operations of CFT Water 2 testing in Vehicle Analysis Center, plan and execute the tests according to the plan defined, analysis failures to find root cause and define corrective actions.
7. Manage CFT Water 2 testing in accordance with Technical Quality Standards (TQS) of Volkswagen Brand
8. Manage the creation of CFT Water 2 reports and present it in the corresponding analysis meetings

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Master Degree in Vehicle Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Advanced Professional Training)
• Minimum of 6 years on automobile manufacturing work in the areas of Production, R&D or Quality. Experience on electric vehicle water analysis.
• Knowledge on automobile technologies
• Knowledge on Quality Methods: VDA, FMEA, QPN, 8D...
• English, German (optional but very important)
