This position ensures the dimensional evaluation and analysis of car body (Off-Line), in accordance with Volkswagen standards, TQS and Volkswagen measurement strategies. The position ensures that the relevant parts and assemblies fulfill the dimensional requirements in accordance with the technical drawing, it supports the dimensional problem resolution process in Volkswagen Anhui.

Job Responsibilities：

1.Support planning activities for the car body measurement analysis in Volkswagen Anhui

2.Perform car body measurement analysis, following the established plan, to identify process deviations and start problem resolution

3.Create car body evaluation reports, including a clear statement if the assemblies fulfill the dimensional requirements

4.Assemble and disassemble of parts in car body functional area to perform dimensional evaluation

5.Operate the CMM machine and optical measurement equipment; including offline programming of CMM

6.Track the dimensional deviation points that should be optimized on the relevant parts/assemblies. Support the root cause analysis to solve dimensional deviations

Job Requirement：

1.Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other higher technical education:Preferably in Mechanical or Vehicle Engineering.(Advanced Professional Training)

2.Minimum of 1 years of measuring technology experience with automobile background
— Engineering / technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial)

3.Experience with 3D-Measurement Equipment

4.Strong knowledge of coordinate systems and Alignments

5.Team Management

6.Knowledge of the IT-Systems of the Company

7.Communication and presentation skill
