职位描述: 

In order to guarantee the fulfillment of comfort functional requirements in accordance with Volkswagen standards and specifications, this position performs functional testing and analysis on finished vehicles based on TQS. By analyzing comfort failure cases and collaborating in the development of corrective actions, this position contributes to the prevention of customer claims.

 

Key Tasks:

1.Suggest equipment needed for comfort testing, achieve synergies within Vehicle Analysis Center 

2. Participate in comfort and noise CFTs to prevent and solve problems 

3. Escalate deviations in time if comfort functional requirements on whole vehicle are not fulfilled 

4. Validate comfort functional requirements during project and pre-serial phase, including lessons learned 

5. Execute the comfort functional tests following the plan defined and in accordance with Technical Quality Standards 

6. Implement comfort failure analysis to find root cause and define corrective actions 

7. Participate in training activities of comfort to ensure special know-how 

8. Write comfort function reports and present it in the corresponding analysis meetings 

9. Perform the maintenance and calibration of all comfort equipment under the position responsibility 

 

 Qualification and skills required for the position:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Vehicle Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Advanced Professional Training)
  • Minimum of 2 years automobile manufacturing work in the areas of Production, Quality or R&D.
  • Experience on electric vehicle comfort testing is preferred. 
  • In automotive technologies
  • Knowledge on Processes of the Automobile Industry and Electric Vehicles 
  • Knowledge on Quality Methods: VDA, FMEA, QPN, 8D, ...
  • English, German (optional but very important)
