Leveraging IT background and competence, actively seek and identify digitalization and automation opportunities in the departmental operation scope. Lead and promote all digitalization programs.  As overall IT coordinator and interface,   ensure the availabilities of business essential digital tools and invent new digital solutions.

Key Tasks:

1. Leveraging IT background and competence, actively seek and identify digitalization and automation opportunities in the departmental operation scope.
2. Lead and promote all digitalization programs, such as Smart Factory, AI-transformation.
3. User management and Access mgmt. to VW AG internal systems (TE-Citrix etc.).
4. Collect , consolidate department's  IT requests (inc. forecast) , precisely deliver to IT and monitor the status of implementation.
5. Programming and coding for internal practical use cases and invent own digital solutions.
6. Undertake other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• bachelor degree on Information Technology, Automation, Artificial Intelligence or similar.  

• 1-3 years experience in industry digitalization area or similar function

• Studied in IT or Automation major.
• Familiar to manufacture industry, especially to modern manufacturing process.
• Strong coordination ability, as well as the ability of profound analytical thinking
• Good project management skills. 
• Self driven and high engagement.
• Proficient language skills in English (written and oral)
