OU simulate customer driving on public road with pre-series car for customer satisfaction with the product.
OU is responsible for defining, monitoring, steering and leading the pre-series product to achieve Quality Assurance Business Objectives within Company. OU's Goal is to enhance product quality before SOP, ensure compliance with standards and ultimately exceed customer expectations. Key value contribution of OU is to continuous product quality improvements before SOP.
Key Tasks:
Managing personnel
1. (Test planning)Identify, clarify internal and external resource, and to define the test standard and content.
2. (Test planning)Development the durability test planning to reduce the direct impact of failures and claims on the product.
3. (Error management)Analyze & steering product performance. Leading collaboration with CFTs in product development
4. (Error management)Continuous development, identification and definition of test case base on the platform development in product development.
5. (Station management)Identify, maintenance test equipment, tools and systems (data logger/ODIS/Golden Laptop...)
6. (Station management)Development the maintenance plan the test vehicle. And provide all necessary info for the release of new items and parts.
7. (Release management)Reporting durability test status in project management meeting to reduce release risk.
8. (Release management)Organizing, leading, steering & representing Q in release status drives (KF, KAF, CVF, MAF...)
9. Training & identification of human resource
10. Management & control of budget within the assigned (Personnel, Overheads, Launch & Investment costs) in durability test
(Decision-making) authorities:
1.(Test planning)Authority to define durability test items, such as test plan, content, standard, and etc.
2. (Error management)Define the process of collecting vehicle complaints in durability.
3. (Release management)Recommendation for durability test release at SOP.
4. (Release management)Recommendation for route and test case in release status drives

Responsibilities:
1.(Test planning)Implementation of real-life scenarios in testing to ensure product quality durability from customer point of view.

Qualification and skills required for the position:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other higher technical education
- Minimum of 10 years in the Automobile Manufacturing in the areas of: Production, Development and Quality. More than 3 years in Quality.
Knowledge of Quality Management or Production Management for automotive industry
