Brief description of the position:
EHS Projects Steering is a function to support Head of EHS to control on-going projects of EHS in company level also internal EHS department. Such as schedule tracking and KPIs setting. He or She should work within the leading of head of work safety
Key Tasks:
EHS Outlook:
- Discussion with all EHS members about projects plan and schedule
- Formulate EHS outlook based on the discussion results
EHS report:
- Organize weekly report, daily report and track the status of EHS colleagues about the tasks assigned
- Formulate meeting minutes
EHS meeting:
Coordinate the management review, work safety committee meeting, EHS daily meeting, weekly meeting, Bi weekly meeting with EHS officers and coordinators. EHS workshops.
Archiving:
Support to archive OHC reports, special equipment inspection or calibration reports, three level training (company level) cards.
Dangerous work permit:
On duty or randomly issue dangerous work permits per request from other depts. or supervisor arrangement.
ISO45001/14001/50001/ECMS system audit findings and daily inspection findings correction tracking and report.
EHS KPI tacking (go to zero KPI, labor injury)
EHS budget planning and KSRM application
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree Safety engineering
- Strong sense responsibility and principle
- Strong logical analysis ability
- Accurate and detail-oriented work
- Experience with fault tree, 5W analysis method
- High sense of responsibility and work ethic, can handle several task in parallel.
- Willingness to learn and further develop
- Team player spirit
- Well developed communication skills
- Proficient in English or German
- Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
