Main goals and objectives

• Evaluating and designing comprehensive systems, structures and processes in VWA organization to optimize product, process and direct cost.

Your Responsibilities

• Work with related department to design the plant layout in 3P-layout
• Leads in the application of industrial engineering techniques to set productivity standards (HPU, VBZ, EHPV)
• Defining the ideal processes (sequence and operations) of new products before SOP in 3PP-WHS
• Establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
• Develop metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output
• Identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks
• Cost control and reduction, inventory control and production record system (AP/HWP)
• Develop and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods

Our Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related major.
• Internship experience in VW Group will be a plus
• Proficiency with MS office, Fluent speaking English and good writing skills
