Brief description of the position:

Maintenance engineers ensure the availability of machines and systems in the ongoing operation of a manufacturing company, taking into account deadlines, economic efficiency and ecology. Tasks include maintenance, inspection, repair and improvement. Specialized in VASS/ Electrical or more technologies/systems.  

Key Tasks:

Establish electrical inspection standards and ensure the key equipment meets the requirements. Establish programs, parameter management regulations.

Leading the troubleshooting, maintenance,structural and functional optimization of key equipment , providing technical support for blue collar.

Organizing the VASS and  KUKA inspection checking, providing technical support for blue-collar .

Organizing the spare parts checking, procurement , testing and acceptance for key process equipment.

Design and build  electrical testing room, establishing electrical room usage specification documents.

Establish implementation standards and conduct regular inspections to ensure that the SAP, Scada , versiondog  system meets the usage requirements.

Establish a training management system, develop training plans, tracking training status, and ensure training effectiveness.

Leading ICS audit, establish an audit checklist, ensure passing the audit.

Participate in technical confirmation of new projects and planning equipment maintenance method

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Engineers with a degree from a college, university, or technical school (Bachelor/Master).

The minimal required professional experience is at least 4 years in maintenance in automotive industry assembly.

Operating or programming course for KUKA / Fanuc robots 
Bus configuration with WorkVisual (VASS 6 Standard)  
STEP-7, WinCC flexible, sivarc, MOVITOOLS, CDS, SOPAS, TIA V15.1(1-3)
Know and understand programming guidelines
Advanced knowledge of network technology  
Experience with industrial production systems (machines and systems)
Very good knowledge of MS Office.SAP knowledge is an advantage (PM)
Language skills in English language Level B2
