This position is responsible for handling quality complaints for VWAC’s battery packs exported to overseas vehicle plants and market. This role involves pre-analyzing issues, identifying root causes, providing appropriate solutions for battery issues, and managing related databases to enhance overseas customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities：

1.Serves as the core interface between overseas markets and VWAC to transmit and synchronize battery pack-related issue information.

2.Manages 0km and after-sales battery pack complaints from overseas, communicates and coordinates with different vehicle plants to collect failure information.

3.Gets battery pack complaint overseas via KPM system,  drafts 8D reports, and completes issue closure to give quick response in KPM.

4.Performs statistical evaluation and analysis results, collaborates with internal departments to reproduce failure, define root cause and develop effective issue solutions.

5.Makes solutions for overseas failure battery packs: formulates proposal and procedures for replacement, rework, and scrapping.

6.Inputs and update overseas complaint information in the database, tracks the progress of key issue analysis and report to customer.

7.Records and compares battery pack complaint data between domestic and overseas markets to identify common issues and region-specific problems.

Job Requirement：

1.Master degree or higher, majored in engineering, electrical engineering is preferred.

2.More than 3 years of VW work experience within quality.

3.2-3 years’ experience in the field of battery project, automobile industry is highly preferred.

4.International working experience within a multi-culture-environment;

5.Familiar with automotive quality norm (ISO 9000, VDA6.3, VDA6.1/TS16949) and quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D);

6.Outstanding organization and coordination ability;

7.Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate well with people in a variety of positions, roles and levels.;

8.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

9.High sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm;

10.Communicative, self-disciplined, accurate, stress-resistant;

11.Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) expert.
