To be responsible for Volkswagen Anhui FBU management. Responsible for fulfilling ramp-up and scale-up of FBU outbound logistics planning, vehicle logistics operation, external warehouse management, shipping and delivery, information management, quality management and claim. Responsible for export of FBU cars to other countries or regions. The core target is to ensure that vehicles are delivered on time and outbound logistics CO2 emissions are achieved.

Key Tasks:

1.To be responsible for logistics planning for FBU export, including vehicle warehouse rental, warehouse operation and car care service, domestic transportation service, port operation and export customs clearance service.负责出口车物流规划，涵盖范围包括整车仓库租赁、仓库操作和车辆保养服务、国内运输服务、港口操作及出口清关服务。

2. Organizing to draft technical specification of vehicle warehouse rental, warehouse operation and car care service, domestic transportation service, port operation and export customs clearance service, and completing the tender for logistics service provider in conjunction with the Purchasing department.组织起草整车仓库租赁、仓库操作和车辆保养服务、国内运输服务、港口操作及出口清关服务的技术规范，并与采购部门一起完成物流服务商的招标。

3. Establishing and perfecting the overall process monitoring IT system of vehicle warehouse storage and transportation, port operation and export customs clearance.建立和完善车辆仓储运输、港口操作和出口通关的全过程监控信息化系统。

4. Daily vehicle damage, claim and insurance management and dealing. Quickly deal with abnormal problems that occur during the FBU outbound logistics process and establish an emergency response mechanism.管理和处理日常车辆损害，索赔和保险。快速处理整车出厂物流过程中发生的异常问题，建立紧急响应机制。

5. To be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers on time and meeting targets such as CO2 emissions.负责按时交付车辆给客户，达成CO2排放等指标。

Qualification and skills:

Must:

• University degree. Minimum 3 years professional experience in Automotive production (Outbound logistics, warehouse management, manufacturing, international trade, etc.).
• Be familiar with outbound logistics and vehicle logistics operation management, customs clearance process and relevant laws and regulations, transportation monitoring, vehicle logistics IT system, logistics operation system management, safety management and office software operation skills.
