The position is responsible for the smooth running of the production, the continuous stability and improvement of the quality and process, the decrease of the production cost, the improvement of the personnel construction and the safety of the whole process and persons etc. under the leadership of the shop manager.

Key Tasks:

1.Investigate and analyze the existing process optimization points, put forward optimization scheme, simulation, verification results, implementation of process optimization program, implementation of process change point management, monitoring the effect of process optimization, implementation to other workshops

2. Carry out project production, implement mass production training, carry out project quality optimization work, to achieve on-time quality delivery

3. Carry out statistical analysis of quality defects affecting production and process, formulate defect control measures, and track the effect of the implementation of measures.

4. Plan the workshop basic management audit plan and plan, and each audit module as planned to carry out a special audit, after the completion of the audit and the work section of the site will summarize, and the discovery of problems to continue to track and promote, to improve the basic management capacity of the workshop purposes

5. Carry out training work, track and promote training work, ensure that the skills of workshop personnel meet the needs of the post. Draft and prepare the provisions for the selection of workshop personnel, organize and carry out the selection

6. According to the core objectives of the company's work, develop regional and management KPI objectives, sign annual performance contracts. And organize the workshop mid-year / year-end performance management.

7. Carry out the audit work of KPS in the workshop, supervise and review the KPS development in various regions, rectify the status of the problem, and promote the resolution of difficult problems. Develop workshop HPU to complete the management plan, promote the workshop VBZ, personnel optimization, HPU goal completion

8. Build a digital management system for the shop floor and create a digital innovation laboratory that includes data acquisition, data transmission, data visibility and machine learning technology

9. Evaluate the potential of cost optimization in each account of the workshop, plan the cost optimization plan of the workshop, organize the relevant person in charge to carry out the plan, and regularly track the completion of the target

10. Prepare workshop-level environmental/energy system work manuals and work in accordance with the contents of the manuals: risk identification, environmental/energy control point management, emergency planning system, implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction, to ensure that environmental/energy indicators meet the standards.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, working experience in production workshop is preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills or German communication skills.
• Experience with Production systems, Problem Solving, Quality Control, Lean manufacturing.
• Full command of MS Office/MS Outlook, strong skills in Excel &PowerPoint Experience with leading a production group
• Excellent comprehensive quality, team spirit, good image, language expression and logic, flexible to deal with people.
