Brief description of the position:

Support the Supervisor to organize the shop’s production work plan; monitoring and steering the core technical KPIs e.g. OEE, JPH and DLQ etc. in order to ensure the achievement of factory’s production target. Co-work with Foreman to formulate and implement the rules and regulations, support to decompose the medium-and long-term production targets issued by the factory.

Key Tasks:

Understand the factory’s development strategy and annual business plan, support to implement various management system of the factory.

Interpretation of factory strategic planning into short term objectives. Development of concrete annual work plan to achieve the target, including environment, safety, cost, quality, delivery and personal development. Ensure all plans are completed on time.

Implement strictly the production process. Support the foreman to implement the production plan and complete the production target on time.

Implement the management rules and regulations of body shop. Understand and follow the modern management concept. Accept the self-transformation and self-development. Support to establish and continuously improve the construction of production system.

Tracking the key quality problems in the body shop, coordinate cross functionally to deep dive the root reason for the quality issue and define solutions.

Develop and optimize the methodology for the process management, product quality status control and other related works in the body shop.

Implementing, tracking and optimize the process, the status of quality equipment, cost and other indicators in the production system.

In the new project stage, responsible to track the quality status of pre-series cars and the status of all facilities and equipments on the production line. Co-work with other departments, e.g. Planning, Pilothall, Maintenance etc… to finish all the tasks for each milestone and ensure SOP on time.

Making horizontal contact with other shops, technical maintenance and financial departments according to working procedure to ensure the smooth completion of production tasks

Qualification and skills:

Bachelor’s degree or above. Majored in automobile manufacturing, business management or other related fields

Good business English communication capability both for writing and speaking. Communication capability in German will be highly preferred! Good communication and coordination skills, planning and execution skills, active thinking and broad overview.
