Job Responsibilities：

1.Participate in the new product pre-phase to analyze the feasibility of the assembly shop equipment for new products. 

2. Design, planning and implementation of manufacturing process flow in the assembly shop.

3.Definition, Planning, and specification development for the necessary equipment.

4.Manage the bidding process. Comparison and acceptance of offers and suppliers (only technical aspects).

5.Manage the implementation process of equipment (design, schedule, PFMEA, coordination VW Anhui-supplier, implementation. test…) till production’s acceptance.

6.Implementation of the necessary measures to comply with the legal requirements and VW standards regarding safety and environment.

Job Requirement：

1.Bachelor’s degree or above.

2.At least 3 years' experience in maintenance, technology and management of equipment on production site in a large automotive company.

3.Proficient in assembly process, familiar with assembly project development process, assembly production line equipment and logistic.

4.Familiar with quality management system (ISO9001, ISO14001…)

5.Proficient in Catia and other 3D and 2D programs.
