职位描述: 

This position coordinates all QMS activities in GQA and ensures the tracking of all tasks coming from QMS working group. The position coordinates as well the budget for overheads, launch cost and investment; ensuring the planing timeline and payment fulfillment within the defined deadline. The position ensures the cross functional steering of digitalization projects in GQA.

 

Key Tasks:

  1. Responsible to coordinate all Quality Management System activities in GQA, including process standard definition, review and update. Responsible to participate in the QMS working group of VWA-GQ.
  2. Coordinate the budget planning activities for GQA in alignment with GQ and Finance based on the corresponding "Planning Rounds". Summarize all budget information for each Planning Round.
  3. Detailed tracking of all budget expenses in GQA, including overheads, launch cost and investment. Ensure the payment on time together with responsible departments in GQA; escalate deviations on budget payment.
  4. Register and track the closing of technical topics in GQA, based on the weekly meeting decisions.
  5. Coordinate training activities for all employees in GQA, based on the yearly budget and the needs of each department.
  6. Track and summarize the blue collar performance; submit the monthly report for blue collar based on HR needs.
  7. Coordinate the recruitment status and summarize the resources need for new projects.
  8. Track in detail the activities of digital projects in GQA, act as the central interface for Smart Factory working group. Ensure the cross functional information exchange within GQA regarding digitalization.

 

Qualification and skills required for the position:

  • Bachelor degree in Languages or other higher technical education.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative assistance or project management. Trainee experience on similar activity.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English languages necessary, also preferable with German knowledge. Demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and Outlook). Preferable knowledge of the IT Systems of the Company and the Volkswagen Group. Knowledge of Processes and Products of the Automobile Industry.
