Responsible for general logistics management at HF1/HF2, including cost and budget control, asset and container management, warehouse and service provider operations, KPI monitoring, and logistics claims. The role also drives process optimization, cost efficiency, and compliance with QMS/ECMS/EHS requirements.

Key Tasks:

1. Manage cost and budget for general logistics operations, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
2. Handle monthly settlement processes with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Identify and implement cost saving and optimization measures in logistics operations.
4. Oversee fixed and non-fixed logistics asset management, ensuring accuracy and control.
5. Track and optimize logistics KPI indicators for operations, assets, and service providers.
6. Manage and monitor all KPIs of logistics service providers, driving continuous performance improvement.
7. Coordinate and supervise external warehouse operations, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
8. logistics claims management, including Local claims  and CKD claims, ensuring proper root cause analysis, corrective actions, and financial accountability.
9. Ensure logistics operations comply with QMS/ECMS/EHS requirements and support audits.
10. Perform other general logistics–related tasks as assigned by management to support business needs and continuous improvement.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in warehouse/logistics management, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, container management, and logistics KPIs.
• Strong data analysis and MS Office skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• English as working language preferred.
