TSB Durability  HVB and Powertrain focuses on the testing and analysis of durability issues related to HV Systems including BMS, e-motor, charging-discharging, cooling system and drive performance.   Also support the evaluation of running Durability cars. This position also coordinate and supervise with the drivers the test cases according with her responsibility area.

Key Tasks:

1. Coordinate and analyze the problems of test vehicles, evaluate their relevance, record and convey information to relevant departments.
2. Execute a  preliminary analysis of the founded problems (parts, components or the whole vehicle)
3. During the pre-batch test, the function and driving of the whole vehicle are tested, the purpose is to find the problems that may affect the release of SOP quality.
4. Prepare the preliminary, mid-term and final claim reports for each vehicle according to the vehicle test plan. (Route, road type, load, etc...).
5. Introduce and manage individual complaints or complaint procedures for specific systems.
6. Define and coordinate the implementation of a specific test case with the drivers according with her responsibility
7. Maintain facilities, tools and equipment, and ensure the confidentiality and good use of the test fleet.
8. Organize and execute special test according with specific requirements and prepare a test report.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or other higher technical training
• Preferably in Electric or  Automotive 
• Minimum of 2 years in the Automobile Manufacturing in the areas of: Development, Quality or Planning

• Understand the company's IT system

• Communication skills

• Problem solving and analysis skills
  Open mind to learning

• Chinese Territory Driver's License

  Language: Fluent English,  optional German
