Body Shop planner

Brief description of the position:

• Body Shop planner, coordinate with senior engineers to make sure project runs efficiently; follow the workflow of whole project.
• Assist in improving employee's motivation. Organize the team member from different department to optimize the car body's quality.

Key Tasks:

• Participate in building a proper system of training new employees especially fresh graduates and follow the results of it.
• Assist in promoting a learning culture to improve working efficiency in Body Shop Planning department.
• Coordinate with engineers to make sure the project process goes smoothly.
• Collect the needed project documentation from the team and the suppliers.
• Steering the project and tracking the launch plan for body shop planning.
• Organize and participate in the project team meeting. Draft the meeting minutes. Make task lists and track the status.
• Coordinate and support the requests about team member replacement.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majored in business management, automobile manufacturing, or other related fields.
• More than one year experience in a large automobile company is preferred.
• Have a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovation consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative.
• Have an objective attitude in admitting mistakes and perform active in offering solutions.
• Have good communication skills and team spirit.
• Similar working experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English, can be used as working language.
