Brief description of the position:

• Understand the operation process of the logistics production area and optimize the logistics path and process.
• Participate in cross-departmental cooperation projects to solve logistics optimization problems.
• Evaluate the logistics improvement measures to ensure their feasibility and effectiveness.
• Promote the concept of lean management and the method module and continue to learn and improve.

Key Tasks:

• Know the operation process of the logistics production area, be familiar with the material flow, information flow and layout, and find the optimization potential of the logistics production site according to the method module standards, and
• Optimize the logistics path and process.
• Be familiar with the responsibility scope of each logistics person and determine the specific person in charge of each logistics business.
• Use problem-solving methods to analyze problems in logistics optimization and improvement.
• Evaluate the severity, economic impact, reproducibility, and difficulty of solving the problem, and propose practical improvement suggestions, including short-term and long-term solutions.
• Promote the implementation of measures to solve problems in logistics optimization and improvement, ensure that the problems are effectively solved.
• Track the progress of problem solving and complete the closed-loop processing of the problem according to the plan.
• Actively participate in cross-departmental cooperation projects, and promote the implementation of innovation and improvement measures. Organize and coordinate to solve cross-departmental logistics optimization and improvement problems.
• Report the situation and progress of problem solving to the superior in a timely and accurate manner. Summarize the experience and lessons learned in the process of problem solving, and conduct knowledge sharing and dissemination.
• Evaluate the innovative ideas and improvement measures for logistics improvement cost efficiency to ensure their feasibility and effectiveness.
• Focus on the optimization of the online operation of logistics personnel.
• Promote the concept of lean management and the method module of Konzern Logistics in the logistics area.
• Continue to learn and improve your professional quality to meet the needs of business development.
• According to the requirements, obey the leadership and coordination work, including the arrangement of顶岗 or temporary work tasks.



Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in logistics management, supply chain management, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering;
• More than 3 years related working experience in the field of Production, Production System and related knowledge about Lean Production (e.g. Production management, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, process optimization, and project management, etc.).
• Good spoken and written ability in English, German is a plus.
• Proficient in using office software.
