Brief description of the position:

• The Logistic Controller responsible for PR/Budget/FC of logistics department, including overheads / labor cost / BNK (Inbound/outbound/inhouse). Inventories.

Key Tasks:

• Budget / FC / Actual calculation for Overheads/labor cost/logistic cost.
• Monthly/daily analysis or management of logistic report incl. overheads/ labor cost/inbound cost/inhouse cost/outbound cost.
• Obtain timely and accurate input data from respective departments to ensure timeliness and accuracy of forecast and budget.
• Preparation and harmonization of project decisions and cost estimations (e.g. benchmark workshops, Make-or-buy calculations) .
• Creating of internal and external competiter benchmark analysis and special tasks to derive concrete actions for further cost optimizations.
• Independent financial consultations for business units and financial project leaders.
• Process optimizations and developing new ideas to further optimize financial results.
• Inventories calculation.
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.

Qualification and skills ：

• Degree in logistics, finance, international trade, international business.
• More than 3 years of working experience in logistics planning is required.
• Financial knowledge in planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Costumer orientation, problem solving, process orientation and communication skills.
• Good language skills in English.
• German, SAP knowledge is a plus/favorable.
