Brief description of the position:

The profitability of the car projects at Volkswagen (Anhui) is the major foundation for the financial sustainability of the whole company. Product controlling ensures the achievement of these financial KPIs by financial coordination of all car projects and product specific target setting for direct costs, fixed costs and other expenses

Key Tasks:

• A0. Managing personnel (see personnel management tasks below)
• Independent conception of target values for all Business units and cost/revenue positions
• Specification and regulation of continuous, transparent tracking and presentation of financial project status incl. optimization analyses as well as company and group
• Coordination of the preparation and harmonization of management decisions (e.g. Business Case calculations, evaluation of product alternatives etc.)
• Creation of process optimizations and development of new ideas to further improve financial results
• Securing the financial sustainability of the company based on the implementation of financial product coordination and product specific target setting for direct costs,
• Management of a an integrated tracking and creation of financial product reports in regular brand and group committees
• Steering of series car profitability and inacting of measures to secure planned KPIs
• Delegate the negotiation of technical license agreements with other VW group entities (e.g. TLAs)
• Define transfer prices for export projects and lead negotiations with other group companies/markets
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Education:

• University degree in Business & Finance or similar, technical interest is a plus

Working experience: 

• Professional working experience of more than 10 years, thereof 7 years in finance related functions, 2 years in management position
