Brief description of the position:

This position ensures the High Voltage Analysis, in accordance with Volkswagen standards, TQS and Volkswagen measurement strategies. The position ensures that the relevant parts and functions fulfill the Q requirements in accordance with technical standard. And lead the High Voltage problem analysis and resolution process in Volkswagen Anhui.

Key Tasks:

Deep Analysis for the High Voltage issues. Participation in the designation of measures and promotion of problem solving.

Develop High Voltage Function test case and participate in regular test according to TQS.

Analyze functional issues identified during testing. And drive problem resolution.

Collaborate with other departments on High Voltage- issues for continuous improvement to enhance the quality of the vehicle.

Finish arrangement of leader/coordinator and finish other tasks assigned on time.

Support for testing and analysis of other TQS in the group. e.g. ADAS etc.

Qualification and skills:

Bachelor's degree or above

More than 6 years working experience in auto industry, Experience in whole vehicle test and analysis.

Good knowledge on HV system, automobile and good at reworking. Basic ability to use analysis tools/equipment (ODIS-E, multimeter, CANoe, etc); Basic ability to use MS Office; Have C1 driver license; Good sense of responsibility, execution, communication and coordination skills and work under pressure; English communication CET-4 Priority will be given to candidates with a Low-Voltage Electrician Certificate
