Work content

The industrial engineer work within productivity management department undertake challenges designed to blend strategic and operational work. Detail work include:

1. Work with related department to design the plant layout in 3P-Layout

2. Leads in the application of industrial engineering techniques to set productivity standards (HPU, VBZ, EHPV)

3. Defining the ideal processes (sequence and operations) of new products before SOP in 3PP-WS

4. Establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.

5. Develop metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output

6. Identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks

7. Cost control and reduction, inventory control and production record system (AP/HWP)

8. Develop and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master degree in industrial engineer and related major.

1-5 years work experience in manufacturing industry，have been engaged in Kaizen work will be a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft office of tools

Fluent speaking English and good writing skills
