职位描述:
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Based on Disposition call-off plan and inbound planning principle, make pick-up plan with forwarder to ensure the parts arrive at VWA on time.
根据筹措发布的国产化零件订单,基于入厂规划的原则,与承运商制定上门提货计划,确保零件按时到达VWA;- Track daily transportation operations, handle abnormal situations during transportation, record and analyze problems, develop problem handling procedures, and promote problem resolution;
跟踪运输日常运作,处理运输过程中的异常情况,记录并分析问题,制定问题处理流程,促进问题解决; - Develop performance evaluation indicators for forwarder and conduct monthly KPI scoring based on daily operations to enhance their operational capabilities;
制定承运商运作考核指标,并根据日常运作情况,每月进行KPI打分,提升承运商的运作能力; - Develop forwarder settlement logic and develop system settlement function modules, and conduct monthly reconciliation and settlement based on the forwarder's transportation situation;
制定承运商结算逻辑并开发系统结算功能模块,每月根据承运商的运输情况,进行对账结算; - Based on daily operational experience, carry out continuous improvement projects to increase truck loading rates and save transportation costs;基于日常运作的经验,开展持续改进项目,提高卡车装载率和节约运输成本;
- Based on production planning, calculate transportation budgets for the next few years with the inboud planning department;
根据产量规划,与运输规划部门共同制定未来几年的运输预算;
Qualification and Skills:
Basic qualification skills
Good language skills in Chinese, English, German is a plus
Basic business-related IT-knowledge
Basic Project Management skills
Communication and presentation skills
Problem solving and analytical skills
Education and working experience
Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering, business management, logistics, machinery, etc.
3 years’ working experience in automotive, manufacturing industry etc.
Inbound planning or transport management experience preferred.
