Plan end-to-end inbound, line-feeding, and internal transport solutions process planing(material flow incl.).
Optimize JIS/JIT delivery strategies and continuous layout improvements.
Lead AGV strategy, automation, and smart technology integration.
Define logistics concepts for new projects and support audits.

Job Responsibilities：

1.Definition and planning of logistic concepts and processes based on NLK, white book and other concern guidelines of factory. Including the process and material flow from goods receiving – repacking – storage in high rack and/or floor area-line feeding.

2.Definition and planning of concepts for information flow within the logistics. Including goods receiving, repacking,storage and line-feeding.

3.Definition and implementation of measures for automation and optimization regarding the logistic processes beginning from the concept phase till support of the realization on site.

4.Support during Audits (intern, extern, VDA) and process checks

5.Reconciliation and implementation of concepts for structure and process flow regarding digital smart factory

6.Support at the definition of a concept for information-/dataflow within the logistics dept. Including call offs from the assembly line, call offs from the supermarket and systems of inventory updates as well as definition of the concepts for packaging regarding the guidelines of the concern for packaging for power trains and components.

7.Definition, planning and implementation of AGV based on NLK, Whitebook and other concern guidelines of plants for powertrain and components, for new and existing projects in plant. Including the process and material flow from goods receiving – repacking – storage in high rack and/or floor area-line feeding.

Job Requirements：

1.Diploma/Master，2-3 years experience in logistics and/or logistic services

2.Fluent English / German.

3.Microsoft Office, SAP, MicroStation, AutoCAD, RCS System.

4.Engineering / Technical Logistics, communication skill, team work.
