Interior system planner work in FG and SET as P-responsible for product feasibility of production evaluation (digital & physical) , align and consolidate the product buildability towards relevant departments of R&D, provide, promote and escalate production demands regarding to Interior and Extreior system to R&D and balance production and product requirements.
Key Tasks:
- Act as parts' owner of Interior system, leading to solve the product problems in the front end or rear end system after SOP with the P&Q divisions.
- Carry out product concept analysis for the plant in his representative scope , data Check & CAD-Simulation (virtual verification of tool / equipment clearances, ergonomics, dynamic loading simulations, error proofing…) in daily work.
- Work with external departments, carry out business case study, benchmark and time plan for product change request and present it to get decision in the plant. (FAP, Launch day or P&Q meeting)
- Implement necessary on-site physical analysis , such as cubing assembly, prototype parts validation or test on production line.
- Regular exchange with EKA about the product problems, to inform/get alignment about the product change in the representative scope.
- Implement change management, raising the change request & tracking it in his representative business scope. (Aekos, AeA, AWE, SKD)
- Participant FG/SET meeting, concept FAP meeting and CFT meeting etc. for his/her own parts topics.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor degree in mechanical/automotive/technical engineering
- At least 3 years of automotive-related work experience in the areas of production, technical development, project management.
1. Familiar with development related applications (CATIA, etc.).
2. Sufficient working experience in international projects or abroad with strong intercultural competence.
3. Familiar with vehicle development process, vehicle manufacturing system, vehicle Interior and Exterior system & buildability analysis.
4. Strong coordination, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
5. Strategically and visionary thinking.
6. Professional business language skills in English (spoken and written).
