Implement KPS standards & methods, ensure effective on-site implementation.

Build & maintain blue-collar competence model & digital system, link with training system.

Cooperate on blue-collar multi-skilling: skill matrix, training & cross-position certification.

Optimize 5S, Idea Management, competence model & multi-skilling mechanisms.

Participate in on-site workshops & solve problems cross-departmentally.

Qualification and skills:
Education: Bachelor degree or above;
Language: Good spoken and written ability in English. German is a plus;
Computer: Proficient in using office software;
Professional skills: Experienced in Project Management and Cross Departmental Coordination
