Key Tasks:

Implement KPS standards & methods, ensure effective on-site implementation.

推行 KPS 标准方法,确保方案有效落地

Formulate & promote 5S plans, organize training & on-site audit.

制定推进 5S 方案,组织培训与现场审核

Roll out Idea Management, track implementation & organize assessment events.

推进合理化建议,跟踪落地并组织评选活动

Publicize excellent cases, culture, individuals & teams of Idea Management.

宣传合理化建议优秀案例、文化、个人与团队

Build & maintain blue-collar competence model & digital system, link with training system.

搭建维护蓝领能力模型与数字化系统,对接培训体系

Cooperate on blue-collar multi-skilling: skill matrix, training & cross-position certification.

协同蓝领多技能:技能矩阵、培训与跨岗位认证

Optimize 5S, Idea Management, competence model & multi-skilling mechanisms.

优化 5S、合理化建议、能力模型与多技能机制

Participate in on-site workshops & solve problems cross-departmentally.

参与现场研讨,跨部门解决问题

Report project progress, data & improvement effects to management regularly.

定期汇报项目进度、数据与改善效果

Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation to support project promotion.

协调跨部门协作,支持项目推进

Manage project documents & data to ensure full-process traceability.

管理项目文档与数据,确保全过程可追溯

Participate in factory CI projects & provide technical support.

参与工厂持续改进项目,提供技术支持

Keep self-learning & adapt to business development & team adjustments.

Qualification and skills:

Education: Bachelor degree or above;

Language: Good spoken and written ability in English. German is a plus;

Computer: Proficient in using office software;

Professional skills: Experienced in Project Management and Cross Departmental Coordination
