Responsibility:
1. Implement KPS-related standards and methods in the company's implemented plans, and ensuring the effective implementation of these plans.

2. Fully understand 5S management requirements, formulate and promote 5S implementation plans for workshops and production areas.
全面理解 5S 管理要求,制定并推进车间及生产区域 5S 落地执行方案。
3. Organize 5S training, promotion and on-site audit to continuously improve workplace standards.
组织 5S 培训、推广与现场审核,持续提升现场作业标准。
4. Rollout Idea Management, collect, review, track and promote implementation of employee ideas. Design and organize quarterly and yearly assessment and event.
建立并优化合理化建议制度,收集、评审、跟踪并推动员工建议落地。
5. Publicity of excellent Idea Management culture, cases, persons, teams and achievements.
宣传合理化建议改善文化,优秀案例、个人、团队和成果。
6. Build and maintain blue-collar competence model, evaluation criteria and digital system. Connect with training center management system.
搭建并维护蓝领能力模型,明确能力维度、评价标准、及数字化系统管理。并与培训中心管理系统对接。
7. Cooperation with production and training department on blue-collar multi-skills programs, including skill matrix, training plan and cross-position certification.
与生产和培训部门合作蓝领多技能项目,包括技能矩阵、培训计划和跨岗位认证
8. Regularly summarize and optimize 5S, rationalization proposal, competency model and multi-skilling mechanisms.

9. Participate in on-site seminars and work with other departments to solve problems.

10. Report project progress, data indicators and improvement effects to the management regularly.

12. Manage project documents and data to ensure traceability of the whole process.

13. Participate in continuous improvement projects of the factory and provide technical support and suggestions.

Qualification and Skills:
Education: Bachelor degree or above;
Experience: More than 3 years related working experience (e.g. production management, blue collar position and competence management, and project management, etc.);
Language: Good spoken and written ability in English. German is a plus;
Computer: Proficient in using office software;
Professional skills: Experienced in Project Management and Cross Departmental Coordination;
