Job Responsibilities：

1.Overall control battery tray/stack/pack line production performance to fulfill production reqruirement

2.Quality control to ensure the finished production fulfill quality standard requirement

3.Ensure and monitoring safety production，Production related cost control

4.Arrangement operator training to fulfill mainly - task take over skill

5.Implementation KVP on line，Monitor workshop status and recognize abnormal status, have ability to make optimization

6.Communicate with cross function to ensure normal production

Job Requirements：

1.Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field

2.Above 3 years working experience in manufacturing enterprise which related automotive industry

3.know-how regarding assembly line process. Battery assembly experience is preferred.        

4.Many-tasks handling skill and can work under high pressure

5.Open mind and can find out suitable method to solve the problem timely

6.Good communication skill

7.Basic knowledge that is regarding production related work contents, such as logistic, quality, maintenance etc.

8.Economic thinking and can make improvement on line.

9.Good language skill, English or German
