Brief description of the position:
The maintenance engineer is responsible for commissioning new systems and machines, as well as implementing the technology. This requires optimization of the machine and several tests. As well as planning, documenting and evaluating technical scopes in the subject area. include Rodip、ED oven、VBH/KTL process equipment、conveyer equipment、Rectifier equipment etc.
Key Tasks:
Develop and execute the long-term maintenance strategy for the entire paint shop, including all PT and ED equipment.
PT/ED forecast costs, control spending, and justify capital investment requests for new equipment and major upgrades.
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the maintenance team (e.g., Mean Time Between Failure - MTBF, Mean Time To Repair - MTTR, Overall Equipment Effectiveness - OEE).
Lead Root Cause Analysis and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis for Robot equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
Ensure all maintenance activities and equipment histories are accurately documented in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP).
Interface with production planning, quality, and operations management to align maintenance activities with production goals and minimize downtime.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical training programs for the team (e.g., conveyor technology, new technology).
Provide technical guidance for complex troubleshooting and repair plans on all paint shop systems (e.g., Rodip/Rectifier systems).
Ensure PT/ED key spare parts are identified, stocked, and managed effectively to minimize downtime.
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and capability (e.g., cycle time reduction, energy savings).
Qualification and skills required for the position:
Engineers with a degree from a college, university, or technical school (Bachelor/Master).
Fields of study are mechanical engineering
The minimal required professional experience is at least 4 years in maintenance in automotive industry. Deep Experience with mechanical parts and systems in Paintshop

Heating technology
Pneumatic components (Pneumax Festo, others)
Knowledge of current electrical and mechanical systems in paint shop
