Brief description of the position:

According to the strategy and the annual business plan of the Assembly Shop, assist the superior leadership to track and control the completion of the target; Through the management and continuous improvement of processes, materials, equipment and tooling, tools, quality, various management systems, personnel training, cost and energy, etc., to ensure the completion of the annual objectives.

Key Tasks:

Organize, implement, control and improve the production process and related work in the responsibility area.

Establish and improve the quality assurance system in the responsibility area, and monitor the operation status; Analyze and summarize product quality information and rework information, coordinate problem solving, and implement improvement work on key quality problems and internal quality cost.

Strictly implement the requirements of the company's quality audit system, environmental system, safety system and production system, responsible for the establishment and implementation of these systems in the responsibility area, and supervise the implementation status of the system.

Organize personnel training in the responsible area and undertake training tasks.

Manage production cost and spare materials, tools and other inventory in responsibility area. Responsible for developing and implementing measures to continuously reduce costs.

 Organize and implement new model project work in responsibility area.

Responsible for energy management within the area of responsibility.

 According to the safe operation procedures, in the responsible area to implement dangerous operations, safe electricity, labor protection and other aspects of safety management provisions.

Comply with the company's environmental protection requirements, carry out water saving, electricity saving, material saving activities, and store waste in the corral according to regulations.

Understand the laws, regulations, rules and procedures involved in the responsibility area, and fulfill the compliance requirements of the company.

Qualification and skills:

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in automobile manufacturing, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Electrical Appliances ，AI or related majors.

Fresh graduate or working Experience with Process management, Production system, Problem Solving, Quality Control or Lean production in Car manufacturing company.

Fluent English communication skills. Full command of MS Office/XP/MS Outlook, strong skills in Excel &PowerPoint Experience with leading a production group. Excellent comprehensive quality, team spirit, good image, language expression and logic, flexible to deal with people. Familiar with automobile manufacturing process.
