职位描述:
Brief description of the position:
The position shall co-lead with Product Line B Head the Produkt Klausur with all VWA products, steering product relevant contents, incl. TE/PUR PKO evaluation, fachteam synchronization, direct cost & indirect cost (expenditures) optimization, Sales & Marketing pricing/ volume/ EBR adjustment... ensure project profitability and product competitiveness
Key Tasks:
- Co-Steer and Co-lead with Product Line B Head for all products with Klausur conduction, incl. storyline, key messages, leading key take-aways, project financial feasibility improvement.
- Steer and unify all functions / entities incl. DSSO, VCTC TE, Fachteam EK, EA, EF, EH, ES, EE, EF, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Finance.
Analyze project status and develop improvement plan, conduct feasibility to win. incl. both cost control/ PKO ideas, also maintain product competitiveness. - Analyze and integrate portfolio Klausur synergies, run-through all optimization ideas, incl. de-contenting, cost optimization, line differentiateion and EBR adjustment, fachteam internal exchange cross-projects.
- Analyze portfolio synergies with sufficient product differentiation. Make sure MM as VW Brand Flagship cars with right pricing positioning and technology positioning.
- Technology roadmap defined with middle-term/ long-term development plan.
Considering PA/ MY/ Lifecycle management feature upgrade with sufficient cost control. - Steer/ align/ organize content deck with 360 degree check-up with all functions.
Balance and sync between Fachteams and departments all Hartegrade 0/1/2/3/4/5/6 ideas.
Develop the storyline, with right key messages, come up with product decision points, and change plans. - Check product profitability, KRKW improvement results.
make sure all the ideas are booked into Project VSI. or as Chance & risk. - Steer and track all lifecycle measures, with SOP +X results.
Push forward preliminary ideas into H3/H4 status.
Qualification and skills required for the position:
- Master in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or business administration with focus on marketing or business development
- 8 years working experience, out of this at least 3 years in automotive industry including supplier industry in Product Management
Deep understanding of automotive processes and procedures, familiar with Volkswagen Group organization, systems and processes
High efficiency with tasks prioritization and content deliverables
Fast learning curve, great knowledge and competence of content master, summarizing and synchronization
