Senior Strategy Officer is responsible for strategy development, execution, and tracking of strategic initiatives at VW Anhui, DSSO and HUB. 
In addition, this position accommodates special strategic projects assigned from the VWA and/or VCIC Board. 

Key Tasks:

1. Preparation and steering of relevant committee meetings (e.g. agenda preparation, drafting of presentations, internal alignments and follow-ups)
2. Take-over and execution of specially assigned projects as requested from VWA and/or VCIC BoM
3. Steering of third party consultants to manage, steer and implement tasks from the CEO Office
4. Conceptual support/sparring partner for all VWA business units in the run-up to Board-level meetings
5. Aligning of bi-annual budget planning rounds
6. Coordinating and managing of annual MBO rounds

Qualification and skills:

• Advanced university degree, preferably Master
• Deep understanding of (Chinese) automotive business
• At least three years prior experience in (top) management consultancies
• Preferably strong knowledge in specific automotive-related business areas
• Exceptional analytic and communication skills
  Strong drive and getting-things-done mentality
  Strong team player
  Strong inter-cultural skills and willingness to immerse oneself in a tier-2 city environment
  Strong familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  Willingness to grow professionally within one of VW's most important markets 
  Fluent English is mandatory, German and Mandarin skills are advantageous
