Brief description of the position:
This position holds the responsibility for all matters related to Product Management department administrative issues of Volkswagen Anhui.
Key Tasks:
Responsible for meeting organization for the department, including meeting schedule alignment with all product related functions, meeting agenda & documents distribution, necessary meeting content clarification to participants as well as meeting room / device preparation.
Responsible for HR issue within the department as the contact person to HR department, including recruiting management, organization planning & output in committee documents / Orga. Chart and further HR relevant task.
Responsible for Admin issues within the department as the contact person to Admin. as well as Volkswagen Anhui internal and external communication & letter preparation, apply office supplies and other administration relevant tasks.
Responsible for further department task including budget forecast & control, general purchasing as well as risk management coordination in project base, QMS, C&I.
Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor due to work necessities.
Qualification and skills:
Bachelor degree majoring in English, German, Management, Business Administration, Finance and liberal arts education background.
Fresh graduate is accepted, with working experience is preferred, if worked with automobile industry or in administrative management is a plus
Willing to handle administrative and general assistant tasks, patient and careful.
Good communication and coordination ability, executive ability, team player.
Understanding of cooperation processes and procedures.
