Scope, objective and relevance of position:
This position represents all Product Management Office (PMO) and department administrative related functions for the Product Management of Volkswagen Anhui Automotive Co., Ltd. It acts as an internal team organizer and an external coordinator to help the department actions go smooth. To ensure this function this position holds the following key tasks: • Responsible for meeting organization for the department. • Responsible for finance issue and general purchasing within the department, covering payment process and budget forecast and control. • Responsible for HR issue within the department as the contact person to HR department. • Responsible for further department tasks, e.g. project related risk management coordination, QMS, C&I. • Responsible for Admin issues within the department and the matter request by the department leader.
Range of responsibility:
This position holds the responsibility for all matters related to Product Management department administrative issues of Volkswagen Anhui.
Key tasks and responsibilitie:
1.Responsible for meeting organization for the department, including meeting schedule alignment with all product related functions, meeting agenda & documents distribution, necessary meeting content clarification to participants as well as meeting room / device preparation.
2. Responsible for HR issue within the department as the contact person to HR department, including recruiting management, organization planning & output in committee documents / Orga. Chart and further HR relevant task.
3. Responsible for Admin issues within the department as the contact person to Admin. as well as Volkswagen Anhui internal and external communication & letter preparation, apply office supplies and other administration relevant tasks
4. Responsible for further department task including budget forecast & control, general purchasing as well as risk management coordination in project base, QMS, C&I.
5. Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor due to work necessities.
Qualification and skills:
Education:
• Bachelor degree majoring in English, German, Management, Business Administration, Finance and liberal arts education background.
Professional Experience:
• Fresh graduate is accepted, with working experience is preferred, if worked with automobile industry or in administrative management is a plus
Skills:
• Willing to handle administrative and general assistant tasks, patient and careful.
• Good communication and coordination ability, executive ability, team player.
• Understanding of cooperation processes and procedures.
Language:
• Fluently in Chinese and English, additional German is preferred
