This position holds the responsibility for making the operation standards and supervising the operation status of LSP, to ensure a smooth inhouse logistics in the VW Anhui logistics division.
Reduce logistics parts loss in PS, Security management PS logistics, Collect KPI information, and make measurement to improve the LSP operation level.Make operation standards and optimize that continuously.

Key Tasks:

1. Make operation standards and train PS LSP.
2. Optimize operation standards for PS LSP
3. Supervise the staff quality and training management of LSP, to ensure a stable staff team in PS.
4. Supervise the shopfloor management of LSP in PS.
5. Define security management process for PS logistics and supervise the implementation.
6. Make solutions for logistics parts loss with LSP to reduce the loss.
7. Collect data of PS logistics operation.
8. Check daily the  Shopfloor operation.

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• University degree of Bachelor or above,  in engineering, logistics and science or equivalent
• Some experience in automotive industry will be a factor of preference. ( 1 to 3 years of experience)
• Good English level.
