焊装效率与成本管理：

Welding assembly efficiency and cost management:

负责全面制定焊装效率成本的改善计划:Be responsible for the comprehensive formulation of the improvement plan for the welding assembly efficiency and cost.

制定合理的成本控制目标，努力降低生产成本：Formulate reasonable cost control targets and strive to reduce production costs.

对生产过程中的成本进行实时监控和分析：Conduct real-time monitoring and analysis of the costs in the production process

焊装工作优化：

Welding assembly work optimization:

有组织、有计划地开展预批量及批量后焊装的优化工作：Carry out the optimization work of pre-batch and post-batch welding assembly in an organized and planned manner.

细致优化焊装车间工位布局：Refine and optimize the layout of the workstations in the welding assembly workshop.

生产流程改进：

Production process improvement:

深入参与焊装区域的研讨会，提出建设性意见：Actively and deeply participate in the seminars in the welding assembly area and put forward constructive opinions.

开展价值流管理，找出优化生产流程的关键节点和改进方向：Carry out value stream management to find out the key nodes for optimizing the production process and the direction for improvement.

生产协调与支持：

Production coordination and support:

确保生产线的平衡状态，合理调整工作任务和人员安排：Ensure the balanced state of the production line, and reasonably adjust the work tasks and personnel arrangements.

协助推动焊装区域生产体系的推广：Assist in promoting the popularization of the production system in the welding assembly area.

紧密配合项目开展，为项目团队提供专业的焊装技术支持：Closely cooperate with the project development and provide professional welding assembly technical support for the project team.

数据与分析工作：

Data and analysis work:

系统收集焊装生产的相关数据，运用专业分析方法进行深入研究和分析：Systematically collect relevant data of the welding assembly production and conduct in-depth research and analysis using professional analysis methods.

其他工作：

Other work

持续学习和研究新的焊装技术和改进方法，不断提升自身的专业素养和能力：Continue to learn and study new welding assembly technologies and improvement methods, and continuously improve one's own professional quality and ability.

Qualification and skills:

Education: Bachelor degree or above;

Experience: More than 3 years related working experience (e.g. Production management, Welding Technology, Mechanical Engineering, and Industrial engineering, Materials Engineering etc.);

Language: Good spoken and written ability in English;

Computer: Proficient in using office software;

Professional skills: Experienced in the field of Production, Production System and related knowledge about Lean Production;
