Responsibility:
- 负责全面制定焊装效率成本的改善计划，包括明确目标、制定具体策略和实施步骤。
Be responsible for the comprehensive formulation of the improvement plan for the welding assembly efficiency and cost, including clarifying the goals, formulating specific strategies, and implementing the steps.
- 有组织、有计划地开展预批量及批量后焊装的优化工作，确保优化效果达到预期。
Carry out the optimization work of pre-batch and post-batch welding assembly in an organized and planned manner to ensure that the optimization effect meets the expectations.
- 积极且深入地参与焊装区域的 3PP、3PA、3PL 研讨会，提出具有建设性和可行性的意见。
Actively and deeply participate in the 3PP, 3PA, 3PL seminars in the welding assembly area and put forward constructive and feasible opinions.
- 协助推动焊装区域生产体系的推广，包括协助制定推广计划和实施方案。
Assist in promoting the popularization of the production system in the welding assembly area, including assisting in formulating the promotion plan and implementation plan.
- 细致优化焊装车间工位布局，提高空间利用率和生产效率。
Refine and optimize the layout of the workstations in the welding assembly workshop to increase the space utilization rate and production efficiency.
- 密切关注焊装操作节拍，及时发现影响生产效率的问题并提出解决方案。
Pay close attention to the welding assembly operation tempo, and promptly discover the problems that affect the production efficiency and propose solutions.
- 深入分析生产过程中的各种浪费，制定切实可行的减少浪费措施并推动实施。
Thoroughly analyze various wastes in the production process, formulate practical measures to reduce waste, and drive the implementation.
Qualification and Skills:
Education: Bachelor degree or above;
Experience: More than 3 years related working experience (e.g. Production management, Welding Technology, Mechanical Engineering, and Industrial engineering, Materials Engineering etc.);
Language: Good spoken and written ability in English;
Computer: Proficient in using office software;
Professional skills: Experienced in the field of Production, Production System and related knowledge about Lean Production;
