This positions' main mission is to plan and conduct product audit for different HV-Battery packs such as: MEB31 Module based/CTP/MM SC...... This position ensures Product Audit tasks will be successfully accomplished based on plant production schedule and VW Group audit guideline, to ensure continues improvement of product audit results and to make sure the quality target of VW.

Job responsibilities：

1.Define Product Audit concept for the new HV-battery pack, such as CTP Battery and negotiate and confirm it with the Wolfsburg and VCIC product audit teams.

2.Develop product audit standards, defect catalogs, and checklists, and regularly update them based on actual situations.

3.Define Product audit plan according to Project Milestone and Production Volume of HV-Battery like MEB31 Module  based/LFP CTP/NCM CTP/CMP41 MM02.

4.Implement product audit regularly and Product audit status statistic and monitoring.

5.Analyze the serious complaints: A1/A/B-Failures and to make sure the root cause is clearly defined, the measure is implemented and effective based on the know-how and previous working experience.

6.Disassemble and audit the battery pack according to HV-Battery project milestones to ensure the smooth release of the new project.

7.onthly report to WOB/VCIC and Regularly communicate and share experiences from China and Europe with the Product Audit team of VCIC/Wolfsburg.

Job requirement：

1.Master degree or higher, majored in engineering, electrical engineering is preferred

2.More than 2 years of work experience within quality or R&D, familiar with product audit knowledge;

3.2-3 years’ experience in the field of battery project, automobile industry is highly preferred

4.Familiar with automotive quality norm (ISO 9000, VDA6.3, VDA6.1/TS16949) and quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D);

5.Outstanding organization and coordination ability;

6.Good communication skills with the ability to communicate well with people in a variety of positions, roles and levels;

7.Skills in Microsoft Office;

8.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

9.High sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm;

10.Communicative, self-disciplined, accurate, stress-resistant;
