GMP - Project & Committee Coordinator is responsible for coordinate/consolidation technical overall status for product changes of production,quality, after sales evaluation , consolidate and report the overall product related information and change status to corresponding committees. And responsible for GMP department administrative activities.
Key Tasks:
- Plan, control, monitor, and manage product change status of a whole vehicle by assessment of hardware after SOP.
- Reports the overall product related information and change status to corresponding committees.
- Consolidation and management for GMP QMS process.(Include communication with QMS SPOC, process technical check….)
- Introduces interdisciplinary requirements to the concept managers (e.g. design rounds), the entire vehicle specialist group (e.g. data viewing stars) and the technology team and ensures their implementation.
- Coordinates/consolidation technical matters with representatives of the specialist groups and SET, process controllers and the division project managers of the Production, quality, after sales division on product-relevant issues.
- Reports technically and escalates to the vehicle project team on product topics.
- Ensures the exchange of relevant information between product development and Production, quality, after sales.
- Coordinates/consolidation with section/SET representatives and interface partners, e.g. pilot hall of the Production Division on product-specific content.
- Prepare meeting contents of GMP Team Meetings, Workshops(Townhall Meeting etc.).Support and networking with other business areas/communications/meetings
- Support GMP department administrative activities
Qualification and skills required for the position:
- Bachelor or master degree in mechanical/automotive/technical engineering
- 1- 3 years of automotive-related work experience in the areas of production, technical development, project management.
1. Familiar with development related applications (CATIA, etc.).
2. Sufficient working experience in projects with strong inter cultural competence.
3. Familiar with vehicle development process, vehicle manufacturing system, vehicle Interior and Exterior development system.
4. Strong coordination, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
5. Strategically and visionary thinking.
6. Professional business language skills in English (spoken and written).
