The position is responsible for budget and cost management, KPS roll out, coordinating and organizing the 3PP and 3PA workshop, organizing KVP activities, VBZ management, and training in Bodyshop.

Key Tasks:

1. Creating the annual budget plan for the whole body shop, monthly tracking the real cost status and fixing the deviation, achieving the financial KPI of Bodyshop.
2. Organizing the roll out of KPS in Bodyshop.
3. Coordinating or organizing the 3PP and 3PA workshop in body shop, optimizing the production process and headcount.
4. Managing the production labor time, achieving the VBZ KPI of Bodyshop.
5. Coordinating the resource and organizing specific training for WC and BC of Bodyshop.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering,  Automotive Engineering or other related majors
• More than 3 year relevant working experience.  
•  Experience with Production systems, Problem Solving, Quality Control, Lean manufacturing.
• Fluent English communication skills
• Full command of MS Office/ MS Outlook, strong skills in Excel &PowerPoint.
