GQKB take the responsibility for the purchased parts from pre-series to series phase. Manage supplier product, process & project development and quality assurance, boost supplier capabilities for smooth VWA Battery project launch. Solve quality issues, coordinate and drive improvements for key suppliers to enhance customer satisfaction. Organize and support pre - project work (PPAP, etc.) .

Job Responsibilities：

1.New supplier/parts selection and nomination: Organize and review of potential suppliers according the regulations of the QTR in QPNI.

2.Frontloading of new suppliers/parts: According to the regulations, frontload supplier quality. Organize resources for char. list, risk id., LL. Ensure SPC, inspection, and early deviation intervention.

3.Product development / Assurance / Release for pre-series phase:Collaborate w/ suppliers on drawing recog., eval. char. implementation, manage sample dev., boost quality, release products per standards.

4.Pre-series: Develop, assure & release processes. Check suppliers' docs, equipment, gauges, monitoring & stations. Spot risks, set inspections, drive fixes for non - conformities.

5.Oversee battery/localization/change management projects: implement QTR and QPNI RGA, manage EM sample release, enforce 2TP, conduct pre-series inspections, and ensure sub-project timelines.

6.Communication and complaint: Confirm suspected parts analysis and tracing, participate when required. Organize meetings, convey results, and start 8D process.

7.Pre Analysis of Suspect Parts (Supplier Side): Organize analysis and unqualified item confirmation per problem and in-plant results. Interpret results, check consistency, and record, and communicate.

Job Requirement：

1.Bachelor or above, major of mechanical, material or electric or similar.

2.Min. 5 years working experience in automotive industry; min. 3 year quality working experience or min. 1 year working experience as SQE ; project management experience related to VW preferred.

3.Familiar with automotive quality system and quality tools;good communication skills with people in a variety of positions, roles and levels;good problem solving skill and ability,logical analysis thinking, communication and team working;clear understanding for drawing and technical requirements ;good understanding about the function and interactions of related parts / parts family in complicated context in assembled status;clear understanding about VW & automotive reg. and process for quality work with supplier in pre-series.
