This position takes the responsibilities of analysis of quality problems and risk assessment to guarantee the products’ quality.
This position supports process audit in order to make sure the production process ability.
This position also responsible for the production line check before final release, ensures the assembly line stations can meet the requirement of different milestones.

Job responsibilities：

1.This position takes the responsibilities of analysis of quality problems and risk assessment to guarantee the product quality

2.Make sure internal and external audit requirements can be fulfilled.

3.This position also responsible for the production line check before final release, ensures the tray line stations can meet the requirement of different milestones.

4.Solve tray line quality problem, which cause complaints of test bench, audit, vehicle plants and end customer.

5.Organize and evaluate trial assembly.

6.Identify and prevent risks of tray process 

Job requirement：

1.Bachelor degree or same level educated.Major in machine manufacturing, electrical technic or mechatronic

2.3 years working experience in automotive industry is preferred，Working experience in Welding, Tightening, gluing is preferred

3.- Excellent responsibility.

4.Good technical Knowledge of assembly processes.

5.Good group organization, problem solving, decision making.

6.Good communication skill, cooperative behavior, convincing skill and dealing with conflict.

7.Very good self-reflection and inner drive.

8.Good Knowledge of VDA system.

9.Good Knowledge of VW QMS System is perferred.

10.Good Knowledge about analysis methods (5W, 8D…)

11.Skills in Microsoft Office. Verbal and written English, Chinese.  German and is preferred
