The job holder is responsible for the battery production EOL test bench for VWA in China. He/she responsible for the function of test bench including adaption and testing, to make sure the series production running smoothly. This position must be able to analyze function problem of battery based on the know-how and experience and make sure the failures can be detected accurately and timely. 

Job responsibilities：

1.Set up and debug EOL test bench together with supplier and planning

2. Implement the EOL test according to production plan

3.guarantees quick reaction under emergency situation of production

4. Provide trial-assembly result of EOL and warning of abnormal results

5.Ensure new project milestone

6.Analysis and share the analysis results, corrective actions of complaints.

7. Follow up all critical points for acceptance of EOL and avoid the same known failure based on the know-how and experience.

Job requirement：

1.Bachelor degree or higher, majored in engineering, electrical engineering is preferred

2.More than 3 years of work experience within quality or R&D

3.Working experience in VW or in other Battery company with comparable activity. 

4.Familiar with automotive quality norm (ISO 9000, VDA6.3, VDA6.1/TS16949) and quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D).
