This position is mainly responsible for ZP7 complaint management at the vehicle factory and QAL battery road test management. It coordinates quality matters of two battery types (VWAC‘s battery, non-VWAC’s battery): fully analyzing, handling and closing quality problems for VWAC‘s battery; focusing on battery problem judgment, auxiliary analysis and simple handling for non-VWAC’s battery.
Job responsibilities:
1.ZP7 Complaint Handling: Lead battery pack complaint closure, analyze causes, make plans, follow up and feedback.
2.Report Management(PB): Compile and review FAP reports, ensure effective implementation of corrective measures and data filing.
3.QAL Road Test Management: Track road tests, handle abnormalities, organize inspections and issue compliance release reports.
4.VWAC Battery Quality: Be responsible for full-process quality analysis, handling and closure of VWAC batteries.
5.Non-VWAC Battery: Judge battery problems, assist analysis, handle simple issues and feedback complex ones.
6.Quality Coordination: Communicate with vehicle factory, synchronize progress, feedback issues, cooperate with VCIC to set PPM target.
7.Quality Data Management: Standardize filing of ZP7 and road test data to ensure completeness and traceability.
Job requirement:
1. Master degree or higher, majored in engineering, electrical engineering is preferred.
2.More than 3 years of VW work experience within quality.
3.2-3 years’ experience in the battery project, automobile industry is highly preferred.
4.Familiar with automotive quality norm (ISO 9000, VDA6.3, VDA6.1/TS16949) and quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D)
5.Outstanding organization and coordination ability
6.Good communication skills with the ability to communicate well with people in a variety of positions, roles and levels
7.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Proficient in CAN, Diagra, and other host SW;
8.High sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm
